let's discuss the intricacies of owning your own offer - e.g. dick pills, weight loss, etc.
sup gfy
this my understanding of owning your own offer (in no particular order) 1. attain mids (merchant ids) through partners and/or "signers" 1a. "signers" are people who agree to set up merchant ids in their names(?) 2. shop around for labs and product label printers to create/package your product 3. set up fulfillment; i.e. mass ship all of your products to a warehouse for shipping 4. CRM; i.e. software to manage sales/shipping/etc. 5. determine daily "cap" to prevent too many sales 6. cascade multiple mids to handle more sales volume 7. affiliate network integration and/or internal traffic 8. email, sms, call center and snail mail to call center funnels on partials disclaimer: i've never done any of this. i always whitelabel everything - so this is all theoretical knowledge and not practical experience. what have i missed? what are the unique challenges of owning your own offer in 2021? :pimp |
I was apart of setting all that up a few years ago and did it for about 5 years. Can work and does take a great deal of patience and negotiating skills.
Owning your own is better - just make sure you do your homework on the quality of the product because your competitors will rip you apart. Also there are some problems with shipping because every country has it's own acceptable product ingredients so you may have to change a few things around. There is a great deal to consider but can be worth your while if done right. Hit me up if you want to talk - there's way to much to talk about here. |
