Honestly "mature" shouldn't be a porn keyword without a porn keyword next to it.

Yes I’ve noticed that

this happened to my niche too, lately even if you add porn to it it dosnt show porn sites.

They've been doing this for a while, you have to be more descriptive now for a lot of things.
