TXXX, xvideos and pornhub network

Hi everybody

My name is Fred Anderson.

I worked as a producer for many years.

Back in 2011 - 2014 I licensed content to different paysites.
Since the Visa / MC story earlier this year I started to look at different tube sites to see if some of my content was there.

To my sad surprise I found hundreds of my scenes on different tubes like youporn network, xvideos and txxx.com to just name a few.
I asked the tube sites to take down my content..but it has been a BIG headache.

txxx.com dont reply to me even if I have a DMCA notice from ATK that was one of the paysites that I licensed content to.
TXXX just ignored me even if I wrote them several times.

I also found hundreds of other scenes that was shot by me on txxx.com
Want everybody to know how txxx.com does business. They are not correct.
Anybody else have this issue with them ?
They publish content that they have no rights to.

I also try to take down content from xvideos and pornhub network / thumbzilla.....very slow and difficult process.
They have hundreds of my videos online and they don't have any tuberights to use my content.
Pornhub even published my content by themselves without having an invoice for my license. Asked them for compensation...but nothing happens.
I asked Drew from thumbzilla and Arnold from pornhub to help me take down my content...but nothing really happens.

Not happy at all.

Can somebody help me to take down my content ?

I would suggest everybody to stop making business with above tube sites.

Any other people having the same issues ?

Are your videos watermarked?

celandina 07-15-2021 10:06 AM

You need to hire a takedown service :2 cents:

Basically its extremely difficult to get your stuff removed from those outside "easy reach". You can try takedown services as celandina suggests, sometimes they can go upstream, to registrars etc with success, but even those seem to often fail to do anything about it...

Txxx are well known Russian thieves.

Nope..no watermark since it is licensed content to companies that I trusted to keep my content within their paysites.

I think the sites that licensed the content from me should try to take down my content...but it seems like nobody cares.

Do they have marketing rights to the content? Was the content shot exclusively for them? Was the content uploaded "officially" by ATK or the other people who paid you for a service? Does your agreement with them say "only to be shown inside of paysite area" or some other text that prohibits them from using it for marketing / promotional services? Because I'd never hire you if you did some stupid shit like that, and I doubt they would either.

Just curious if this is another case of a guy with a camera having absolutely zero idea how the marketing / business side works.. like 99% of the time. :winkwink:

It was a license. not exclusive.

ATK paid me for a tube license...so I dont accuse them.
I talk about other sites like dream-cash, twistys and several others that I dont want to name at the moment.

80% of porn is published by people who don't have copyrights

Talk to Nate at https://takedownpiracy.com/

Also, I would be interested in licensing your content.

save yourself the struggle

All that you have to do to file a DMCA notice is find out who is hosting the website and send them a note about the pirated content, they will get in touch with the website, and from there on out your content most likely WILL be taken down :thumbsup

If only it worked like that....
Sadly it doesnt.

Sites based on theft will have hosting and upstreams designed to be bulletproof allowing them & their hosts to ignore DMCAs as they please.

What you describe works well for those in civilized jurisdictions and those who care ... it has little effect on the rest. If you ban guns or chewing gum most law abiding people will avoid them, criminals are per definition already breaking the law and wont give a shit ....
