Paxum No Authorization key/Code for change password :(

i remember i had same issue like a year ago but forgot the solution :-(
Maybe try different browsers and turn off the ad blockers. You can always contact Ruth if all fail

Paxum is crap. I will never use it again

Did you check your spam folder? When I reset my password recently the code went to spam. They don't have a mechanism to re-send the code, so if its not in spam you will likely need to open a ticket with them.
