MYST the puzzle game from 1993...
 

Has been remastered, 4K, raytracing etc, all that good stuff and been rereleased...

Loving it atm. Anyone else playing it / played it?

I kinda remember it in 93, but cant remember all the puzzle solutions :(

I remember being like 7 and had no idea what was going on in Myst..

:1orglaugh:1orglaugh Same. Too young to understand what the hell I was supposed to do, but just the way it looked made it so intriguing.

Maybe it's time to give this remaster a try after all those years.

I never played but i remember how it was getting a lot of praises in IT magazines as being one of the best games ever. I still more preffer remastered stuff then new games so i could buy it.

For those interested, its available on XBox Play Pass for PC. In a lot of places they offer a 'first month free' type of deal, so you may be able to try it 100% free :)

Nah i more preffer to have it inside steam no matter what. I see it also have support for VR which is nice.

I loved this game and the sequel Riven.

I'll have to check it out.

Was it the first Myst that also had those live action FMV cut scenes? Or was that one of the sequels?

Lol, FMV scenes were the coolest thing back in the day... Kinda miss those highly pixelated quicktime videos hihi. They had their charm. :upsidedow

I remember looking through all of the burned books looking for clues, but then in the first 5 minutes of the OP video, it explains all of that lol..
