I'm making a double Smash burger tonight
I've completed step 1, which is not shown in this video :

I made some the other day, I was so hungry from the smell that I just flipped it from the grill onto a bun and was eating it while it was still sizzling. ..Then I had leftover veggies :Oh crap lol

Have sliced required onions. Now sitting down to finish first beer because slicing onions is laborious and exhausting....while drinking. :1orglaugh |

This is my second time making this. First time was a single patty. The double patty leaves no doubt! No doubt; the burger is the juiciest I've even made. Do it. I'm stuffed. :thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup |

I do them a bit different. First I slice and grill the onions. not 100% but about half way.
the start the burger grilling. After the first flip I add onions on top then flip again and let them cook. The onions caramelize this way and its a bit of a sweet taste to it. |
