Hello, I don't know how Alexa works or rank sites cause I'm honestly not used to these website analyzing platforms. But if it is traffic wise, there have been some months where the site gathered 300k+ pageviews

So I'm not sure how Alexa would rank an adult website like mine with that kind of traffic, or what a 4 million rank is worth or signifies.

Never do a 9-month average, income should always be taken from the last 3 months to get an average, if there is a sliding scale for the downside even worse.

Looks like the site is on its death bed, You haven't even https:// the domain that could be why google killed all your search terms also

Yes, the site's search engine traffic rate has gone down (traffic & income wise) in recent months and I could not understand why, but I've just been too lazy to find & fix the problem or optimize traffic again. After all I knew I was gonna sell the site anyway. Someone else can definitely take better care of it than me.

Like you said, I'll do an income average for it's last 3 months instead. That will bring down the selling price a bit I guess but no hard feelings.

Hello. I wish to thank especially Grisey & Ollay, and all the interested buyers who made me aware that the reason of my site's drop in income in recent months was a heavy fall in my Google search engine traffic.

I have found out that my site was among many others to be hit with a DMCA from Mindgeek in June & August. If you search MyPornMate on Google, you'll see under the page that some results were omitted because of DMCA.

So many parts of my website stopped being crawled by Google and most of my traffic since then has just been from backlinks and redirects from other sites.

I am in the process of fixing things with mindgeek now.

I have also brought down the price well enough because of these inconveniences.

Hi everyone. The offers I've gotten so far have been quite low so I'm still accepting more bids. Anyone at all who can go a bit higher and I will gratefully sell the site to them.

As an update, I have changed most of the DMCA affected directory links so that the DMCA's are now void. Plus I submitted counter notices to both Google & Mindgeek letting them know my videos are embedded.

I've updated my sitemap and submitted again, and the traffic will keep climbing back potentially

I had made an offer to this seller which has declined as each new red flag for this tube came to light.

Originally was in the 2k-3k range for a tube with declining revenue and traffic.

Then I learned the Xhampster affiliate program is closed. No new accounts/sites. All of the embedded videos are Xhampster. So the only way to earn would be to eliminate them all of them and add another affiliates. Why not just start a new tube site?

I reduced my offer.

And now as the seller mentioned above the site is in Googles crosshairs. That can be the beginning of the end. Been there done that.

My final offer was $1000 and allowing the seller to keep the embed earnings from the Xhampster program. If he was confident the traffic would return- that $1000 + the earning would net close to $4k after a year.

A lot of risk here. Dont think they were low given all the red flags here. Sorry we couldnt get a deal done.

Wow I'm shocked. Why would you comment your negotiated prices publicly under the post? No one else has done something like that here. I have been honest in this thread all through, making known the flaws of the site and telling my combative approaches. I've discussed with you like any other interested buyer. All I am trying to do is get a fair price just as anyone selling a property.

This is a very selfish move from you honestly. cause it's now like you don't want anyone else to go above your offer price or to even make an offer at all. Now trying to paint the site bad with words like "red flag".

MyPornMate.com has brought in great income & traffic since its creation before it suddenly dropped recently. I now found out it was the DMCAs which can happen to any tube site that has uploaded some pirated material. There is nothing like "beginning of the end" unless you are dumb & stubborn enough not to clean up your site and stop doing it.

I'm selling the property based on its value and the negotiated prices. it is not my fault Xhamster closed their program for new users, I don't know what the buyer will do with the site or how efficiently he will make use of it afterwards. So I should not even be dropping the price drastically just because you don't have an Xhamster account. Someone who has it or who has no use for it might be interested too.

That's like trying to buy a book cheaper because you don't know how to read.

Markobao has found the issues that reduced the income of the site and killed the google traffic.

Why would he sell on weakness, he might as well try and sort it out all and sell on strength (if it can be sorted out).

Also, maybe you only need to change the payment details inside xhamster for the money to come to the buyer, to save the hassle of swapping everything around.

Bro I have been sorting it out already. I have changed most of the page number links that were affected, added a www to my site and submitted an updated sitemap to google. It just needs its time to start crawling and indexing back again

Moreover I have sent counter notices to Google & Mindgeek to make them know my site is an embed one. If they see a post that is pirated, they should not send DMCA's to a complete page number full of movies like they did.

And I said the same - if it's really earning that money on auto pilot it's a nice site. Regrow your revenue and traffic and you'll get your price.

But you cant expect to get top $$ for a site that's flawed with the "potential" (that's the sellers own words above) that the traffic comes back.

Would anyone pay that kind of price for something black balled by google? I've had sites like that where traffic has dried up to basically not existent.

And as far as Xhamster, they went the same route as Porn Hub, webmaster embedd program gone. No transfers, no new accounts. I went back and forth with them in email. So 1/4 of the revenue stream dies there. And the other programs for embed traffic (Supported by WP-script) are much much less lucrative. And that would require deleting all the videos and pages and importing new ones you get paid for.

This would have been buy and hope for me. And if it worked out allowing the seller to keep the Xham revenues would have worked for him as well.
