So the ability to detect sarcasm takes a lot of intelligence. You have to know someone's history to do so. How long do you think it will take Amazon's Alexa, Apple's Siri or other AI to detect sarcasm?

For instance:

User: "Alexa, play X song"
Alexa: "Haha, I know you really dislike that song." * Doesn't play song *

Might be reality in the next few years or so - although I don't see it being a valuable addition to alexa / siri / etc, interesting thought though. Tech is definitely getting more and more advanced by the year
