I spent an entire Sunday fixing my youtube thumbnails... BORING!!!
 

When you mouse over a thumbnail on youtube, it shows a 3 second clip of the video. Until recently - Until it stops randomly...

My 150+ videos had all stopped doing it. Soulution is as follows.

Find video without motion, play video, click edit video, click edit video again inside the video editing screen, click trim, move slider to very end of video, click zoom, move slider back by two frames, click preview, click save, save again, go onto next video. You have to wait about 10/15 seconds between each click, as if you go to fast it fucks up...

Mind numbingly repetitive and BORING... But it's how I spent my Sunday. Hopefully you enjoyed a better day !
