If it's already getting traffic, you should either a) find out where it comes from, or b) already know where it comes from.

If b) is true, could you do anything with that information? What keywords does the current traffic use? Perhaps you can build on that.

Other than that it's difficult for someone from outside to just come up with an idea that is suitable for you.

Since the Philippines is not as developed on the internet as other countries, maybe you can look at things that are successful in other countries that's not yet available in the Philippines.
