Years ago in Phoenix as I was pullling up to a stop light I noticed the car at the light had stopped short, crossed the line, and was backing up a few feet. Then I noticed their reverse lights were still on. I changed lanes and sure enough when the light turned green this person hit the gas and went backwards hitting the car behind them.

People are stupid. This woman seems to think she is in the right and she is going to learn a hard lesson.

In the video here https://streamable.com/gkcxoi I can't even see if the Lambo clips her at all first. She surely didn't help her case by clearly rear-ending the Lambo causing more (possibly all) damage to both cars.

Lambo clipped her first, yes, but she still rear ended him. It's two separate coliisions.

the footage of the "previous" collision... the sideswipe, was taken from so far away, you can´t tell if there was any damage or even collision to begin with.
