Twitch gets fully owned... all source code, accounts and how much streamers make.
|
I have no idea (or care) what any of that means given that I'm older than 13 years old :thumbsup
Is this something to do with that Logan Paul dude that just popped up out of nowhere in the last few years? These people seem to be like Kardashins just randomly popping up out of nowhere, with no saleable skillsets other than being able to getting teenage kids to adore them for no apparent reason :2 cents: |

It doesn't have any cause or effect to my business or personal life, so why be concerned with what those self-important idiots are doing? These are like the people we all went to high school with (but worse thanks to the internet) looking to become the center of attention because of low self-esteem issues, jealousy or loneliness due to having no 'actual' life of their own or some kind of personality / mental health disorder (Bruce Jenner for example) and being unable to make real-life connections to fulfill their need to be accepted by society instead they try to design their own set of societal norms by 'influencing' others to their way of thinking. This really is the dumbing down of America and a giant step towards the American Idiocracy, the fact the others are too inept to realize this, speaks volumes about a society that as a whole that has primarily been driven to stupidity due to low education levels, political pandering and a generalized need to 'feel special' :2 cents: Facebook went down for 3 hours and people went mental, not knowing what to actually do with themselves... Think about that for a minute. |

A lot of the twitch streamers on that list are also are top onlyfans producers, I am certain you would totally descredit and criticize onlyfans the same way you do twitch if their worth wasn't so obvious to everyone. Another salty boomer gfy weirdo. |
I thought gfy was full of savvy people...
You have the Source code for one if not the largest funnel for onlyfans. You have the revenue from this funnel of major onlyfans starlets You have the source code and thus the anti spam / abuse code which a savvy developer can use to stop their spam accounts getting ghosted / banned. |

Surfers are using social media to connect DIRECTLY with those OF account owners, completely negating the need for adult webmasters, ergo, the need for our means of income generation. There was a time that the adult industry innovated when it came to websites, concepts and technology, that time has passed, many, many years ago. Now the industry has become reactive to the point of inactivity, at least as far as originality goes. |

You do realize that that's the way the ENTIRE world works right? Not just adult -> onlyfans :1orglaugh Things change, webmasters and content producers aren't as valuable as they used to be... |

The days of dum dums 'marketing' themselves without any business or tech knowledge are going away. Yes, things seem to be getting simpler and more streamlined BUT behind the scenes things are getting much more complex. |

Yes, adapt or die is still as relevant today as it was 10-15 years ago however, we need to adapt to a methodology that not only allows business to grow, but allows it to remain profitable, long gone are the days where you could submit an image or movie gallery to PK, The Hun, GG&J, et al and make 5+ sales per submission, we need to make sure that the content we do have and are producing doesn't flood the marketplace like it did when the 'reality porn' craze hit, spending thousands of dollars on content only to allow affiliates to make it worthless within weeks is counter-productive to any business with a solid growth plan. OF will eventually become a thing of the past too, just like those paysite tours that look like tube sites will, just as reality style tours have (for the most part), as I mentioned above, the industry has become reactive, duplicating a concept from non-adult and putting a porn spin on it isn't innovative, its actually counter-productive to long-term success, because as soon as tubes dwindle in popularity, or OF, or social sites, the industry is going to have to redesign itself again. As an industry we should be embracing the existing and, developing new technologies and methodologies so we can expand the industry reach away from those who would want to join it to skim cards, steal identities and flood the marketplace with 'free' porn. After an almost 10 year hiatus, I'm happy to see that not much in this business has changed, at least as far as webmasters and affiliates not bothering about the bigger picture and their long-term success or failure. Cookies are almost obsolete, yet we still rely on them, some programs don't allow you to use special characters in passwords, in an age where hacking is rife, site and content blocking is everywhere, limiting our reach, yet, none of this has really been looked at in a serious manner. |

It's why pop-ups are no longer able to be deployed successfully, because people abused them, its why cross sales get a bad rap, because people abused them, its why these types of webmaster need to be driven out of the industry and why the government is ALWAYS painting a target on each and every one of our backs. |
