Dead program alert: Hustler Cash (pull your links)
Their NATS is still up, but they haven't paid me in a year. Their emails (all the ones I have) are bouncing. Some of their tours have been broken for years, but the working ones now have broken join buttons. It's not just affiliate brokenness -- you can direct-navigate to Hustler.com or Hustlermegapass.com and the join buttons are broken that way also.
I don't say this very often, but it's time to pull your links if you still have any. Can't make money when the join buttons don't work. This post, it goes without saying, is for anybody like me with installed links for a thousand slowly-failing programs who hadn't noticed this one yet. Any GFY haterz who want to scoff and joke about how old/stale this news is, well, I didn't see your warning thread when I did a search, so you know the drill: :321GFY |
Wow is that hustler.com?
|
Maybe they were acquired some time ago and the links need to be re-directed?
Hate to see old school brands like Hustler, Penthouse, Playboy et al struggling. Sign of the times I guess. :( |

That can cause the page to break and nothing will work. Once the problem is noticed, it can be fixed in 2 minutes. So maybe that happened. :2 cents: |
Huh. Still totally borked for me.
|
There are tons of programs that have broked FHGs, tour pages, etc right now.
I've been working on a bunch of FHG related stuff and signing up to programs (Fetish Hits for example) only to find out more than 1/2 of their FHGs are broken or redirecting :Oh crap |
The big mystery here was why the pages were still being served with no way for them to make sales. That didn't make sense. So, after OneHungLo said it still worked for him, I tried with a different browser on a different device. Totally different, much less borked result, joins appear to be working.
Some further investigation, even clicking a clean link to a site I've never visited promoted (the main hustler.com page, I always promoted their megapass) was pulling some cookies from somewhere and showing one of my affiliate links in the address bar of the borked join page. Now, that's still borked, but it's back to being a borked affiliate program; it explains why they are keeping their sites up. Still no reason to maintain links I don't think, especially with payment a year behind and affiliate support email addresses bouncing. |

Clear cookies and browser cache. Find the javascript and CSS files and paste their URLS in your browser, clear cache and then reload. use a DIFFERENT join link to click to the site again. Just reloading the page won't always work. :2 cents: |
Sucks to hear they keep getting worse. They killed a bunch of their themed links years ago and I had to find they were broken the same way you did, when they really could have told affiliates. I've been trying to get someone from there to email me back for ages. Sign of the times when this happens with a brand like that.
I have such positive memories of their magazine days that I'd love to see them doing well. |
Not a cookies issue I don't think. I took this HustlerMegaPass join link straight from the affiliate interface and pasted it into both a Chrome "guest" window (no cookies) and into a Microsoft Edge browser that's never once navigated to any Hustler property. Here's the link; the resulting join page has broken image icons, no payment options, and is unusable.

Hi All,
I appreciate everyone here for bringing these issues to our attention. First, I would like to clarify we did not buy Hustler. They are only using our web platform as a SAAS. The issues mentioned on this thread are affiliate program-related which we do not control. Hustler is still using NATs as they were before migrating to our platform. But, we will do everything in our power to find solutions. If you are an affiliate that's owed past-due payments and have questions, please contact me. However, we do not control affiliate payouts, but we will speak to Hustler regarding past-due affiliate fees still owed. I will keep you posted here on this thread or directly through email to those affected. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. Sincerely, Adam Scheuer MetArt Affiliate Manager [email protected] |

Hustler TV simply removed our movies and stopped paying even though we still had an ongoing 5 year exclusivity contract for those movies. And they didn't even notify us, I only found out after the money stopped. Those things didn't happen while Michael Klein was still there, just saying...

Larry Flynt died last February so no wonder Hustler hasn't been updated. Maybe he forgot to name a new webmaster?
|
its been sad to watch such a great brand be mismanaged for so long.
going from one bad CMS to the next, surely isn't helping. |
