There are at least a few German based webmasters on the GFY so hopefully they will be able to give you advice.

Just run the site, hosting in NL or US or any other country where your webhost allows adult sites.

Don´t add an imprint/impressum. You don´t need it :2 cents:

The only thing i know is that a website need to have an age gate (are you 18) - that's why there where troubles with pornhub. But anything else you don't need to care about if your not living here or running a company here.

Idk but imo you can see germany just as one country of many, in what language u run a website soesnt matter for any law things. Choose a good spot for hosting somewhere in the world and you will not have any problems. In germany the internet is pretty free and adult stuff isn't a big thing. We have a very naughty culture ^^

If you live here and found a company here, you need to follow a few rules (like u need an impressum), but its nothing else than running a blog about baking muffins.

Germany have crappy laws regarding adult, which is why germany is big no-no for me in terms of living/incorporating there. Same goes with switzerland and muslim countries lol

Prostitution
Germany = Legal, normal like every other job
USA = Except in Nevada it's illegal, like many other thing that near to that

An other example, many big TV senders showing nude/porn advertising mostly after midnight.

Maybe you mean a specific law that let u think what you said, but then pls tell me which one exactly!

As others have said, never use a .de domain and outsource hosting to a foreign country. If you want to sell (in general) your own adult products use an adult friendly payment provider that is officially the seller.
