Any Woocommerce experts?
 

So if I have a subscription for an adult site managed via Woocommerce/Wordpress it always sets the paid subscription as pending. Obviously if a user has had their transaction completed by the biller they should have immediate access.

Anyone know how to set this?

Yeah, it sometimes has problems with subscriptions saying pending even after paying, it should only say pending when the subscription is made but not paid for yet.

WooCommerce just says to put in a support ticket when people post about it.

There are scripts that you can try in case it's something like a server issue, but that might just make things more complicated..

Afaik woocommerce needs to receive an IPN (instant payment notification) from the payment processor in order to change the status from PENDING to anything else. If is not getting it, the order will stay pending. Hope it helps...
