crypto currency people, thoughts on Pure Proof Of Stake?

I am dumb. Does this make sense? Do you see flaws? |
Well it was designed to level the mining field from ASIC's taking over. Going back to graphic cards to mine so the little guys could get into it. But the big guys buy all the graphics so the little guy takes it up the butt, again! Now you stake on registrars, but when you stake, your coins no longer belong to you until you stop staking. Or something like that. It changes a lot all the time, so what was your question again?
