Shower Thoughts
So I was in the shower earlier this morning and this random thought popped into my head. Why has YouTube not stepped up into the adult playing field? Their sheer method of querying and connecting relationships between numerous databases would no doubt shoot any adult business venture of theirs straight to the top of the food chain. Not to mention the fact that YouTube is the 2nd most visited website in the world. They can fully populate a new site with thousands of unique users + visitors in under a week.
It seems like a no brainer to me. Actually, I wonder if they (google) already owns a few pornography related business and has not released such information to the public. I take it that news of that may harm their reputation or PR.
Let's take it a step further and ask the same question for FaceBook or Instagram. Their platforms would work perfect for an OnlyFans-esque site. Lots of wasted opportunities.
Now that I think about it though, maybe they simply do not want to operate such a site. They have no desire to, and not that they would in the first place since they are all already sitting on absolute gold mines of revenue. Still, if there is big money involved in any industry that you could theoretically succeed in, why not test your luck?
