Germany will legalize Cannabis!
 

The new gouverment published their coalition agreement a few hours ago. Finally after many many years of prohibition - weed will be not a crime anymore and licensed shops will come to sell safe and clean weed for every adult!

The US states who legalized and Canada helped a lot on this way (Germans love studies to make decisions) and I hope when the biggest country in Europe will go this step, it will be easier for others in Europe to follow.

But what kind of weed? It's not same thing CBD weed and THC weed.

It's about "real" weed. CBD was already not forbidden (but many problems in some states cause not many understand the difference). Weed for medical use was already legal before.

Yes that's true. But when you punch the prison keeper in the face while escaping - you will be still accused for this. Also after that it will be hard to get released early.
And if you can escape - it's pretty hard to hide and get out of europe easy - all countries around work together.

Legalize weed - or outlaw alcohol. There is no logical reason to have the less harmful one being illegal.

No we had only a few real and online shops that was/are selling CBD.

Who would tell that Germans will be the ones to allow this, since as far as I know, they have pretty strict laws. But hey, if they have legal places to pay for a girl, this will be just a perfect add on. :winkwink

Well Netherlands still have big problems - after 40 years. The real good idol in how to do is Canada.

But yes, with the plans there will be a big focus on own production instead of importing. The decision is bad for Netherlands (but anyway in fact it wasnt legal to buy weed in NL as a german and cities like Amstadam are still a culture point for weed lovers - so in the end it may help the touristsm).

Holland is more strict than many other countries nowadays.
Went to Los Angeles 4 weeks ago and on every corner a strong weed smell.
Even more than i ever noticed in Amsterdam.
But now that you can't smoke inside many coffeeshops it is going back to the streets also.

Still this will be bad for Amsterdam. Germans will stay home now AND it will draw people TO Germany AWAY from Holland as the quality in German weed shops will be Mercedes Benz-level. LOL

I hope u know what things are connected. Its not about getting weed. It's about not loosing the job, not loosing the drivers license, not loosing your life to syntetic stuff in streetweed and so much more. Nobody is legalize weed to make it easier to get.

In Uruguay, we have government-sold weed you can buy at pharmacies, but it has very, very low THC: like 5% or something. At the same time, however, you can join "cannabis clubs" where you can buy the best legal weed available. 20 - 25% indica and sativa, rosin and other extracts, oil, etc.

You can also smoke/vape just about anywhere in public.

Yeah we know Uruguay was one of the very first with a modern legalization. It's just for european countries more easy to compare with north america - large industry nations are a different number.
But trust me - everybody who fight for a legelization in Germany know that Uruguay already did it a time ago and show it can work! I know Uruguay for football and weed :1orglaugh

Yes it's pretty dumb - but it makes the people happy who afraid their childs get in contact with porn just by mistake. The same rule is for websites with alcohol for example.
