Anyone upgrade their workstation recently?

Did you notice a big difference getting a nvme drive ?

I’m thinking of being lazy and just moving my 1tb boot ssd to new system.

Same here I have never cloned from ssd to nvme and I’m too lazy to spend a day reinstalling everything on my main work computer.

Windows 10 will be updated for a few years I’m in no rush to upgrade.

Yes and yes! Highly recommend Samsung 980 pro series. So fast I sometimes think I didn't click something because the system is already done.
