I kept thinking what would Spielberg have done to make this a better movie.

Yeah, was entertaining to watch but that's it...

Or Roger Zemekis, or James Cameron, or anyone talented. LOL

It was ok but didn't sparkle with energy, just attractive actors going through the typical adventure/romance motions. I liked it but nothing special.

It's a kid's movie . . .

That's what I felt, pros laying it down but no magic. Like the pace was off.
