I list a load of free tools over my sites depending what you wish to achieve. There will always be a world rank.

Not that I reply on Alexa that much, but still.. The chrome toolbar gives at least basic info on a site which helps me on a daily basis :pimp

I would miss it 10 years ago, but not know. I have not looked at it since it went crappy:2 cents:

Never used this tool.

Alexa been irrelevant for over a decade. Not sure why anyone who takes their internet business seriously would even visit the site tbh.

Ahrefs / SEMRush (paid on both) for any real data SE wise. SimilarWeb for a pretty good reading of overall traffic.

The peps have a point there, Alexa can't anyway help you in regard of SEO...

So, I'm using combined:

SemRush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Nibbler, TechicalSEO.com, etc... Depends on what data I need to extract

Just about the only thing useful is the rank system. And even then, you have to know how to read the tea leaves.

Alexa needs to rest. Pretty useless anyway.

Agreed - gone are the days where owners/buyers use to pretend they could judge a site based on Alexa ratings which was a hoax back then but still was rampant in the industry. I've seen thousands if not hundreds and thousands of dollars wasted due to Alexa and I never could understand why these people who for me had smarts - reply on a system so tainted and unreliable. Oh well. It won't be missed and hopefully will help people wake up to real numbers

Alexa is not exact, but it was helpful when sometimes a site with an Alexa of 10 million would be claiming they were doing the traffic of a site with an Alexa of 10 thousand. When an inexperienced media buyer would ask why is site x so much more expensive to advertise on than site y, it was an easy metric to share.
