there's a point in C/F where it could be one or the other. I'm assuming that's Farenheit? If so, it's just as annoyingly chilly with no snow out here too.

Its a little low for this time of year. But not by much. End of January beginning of February is when the artic plunge will hit. The daytime/nighttime temperature variations are extreme sometimes by as much as 30 to 40 degrees. A month for negative numbers easily.
