I don't know on which site you are referring to, but most people ignore "problems", as long as they get money out of it.
There is also a thread for a similar site like pornsitesxxx (guess which), where someone complained that he finds a link (-trade) to this said site on every pirate site he is sending a DMCA to - But on the other hand, his own paysite is listed there, so he is actively supporting it via payouts

If a site lists you and only you in their sites header, site wide and sends you all the traffic and their main site purpose is to host stolen content do you see a problem?
If they do that then do you list your site on their site?

Producers and paysite operators should unite and take collective steps to fight thieves. Instead, we see thieving assholes (calling themselves webmasters) being tolerated in the business (by ad networks, cam sites and hosting companies).

You have to make your internet rounds a little more often. Those forums you've displayed have been up for years and years.. They used to be bustling but now they are old hat.
The newer forums (4-5 years old) boast full site rips as some that make the posts / create new topics post newer users and passes so you can actually access the site itself to see if there are additional updates... and you have a hard-on about PornBB ?
Thanks for the memories though.. I haven't been to the sites you listed in over a decade.
