Hello,

Anyone from chaturbate affiliate support that can assist me? I recently updated my EIN / payout bank info about 3 weeks ago. I usually get an email that my payment has been sent out for the 15th, 30th-ish.

I haven't received that email nor the ACH payment.

Did you email them about it? If they don't process payouts till about 2-3 days later it may have been Monday when it was done, due to the weekend (and/or Christmas parties :)), in which case it may appear in your bank in the next day or two. I wouldn't worry about the emails, they can be unreliable.

If it doesn't show up by this weekend, and you haven't already emailed them, email them.

You could also log into your account and see what your limit is to make a daily withdrawal, if you have that feature, which should indicate if the amount you had was processed or not.

Thank you, I was able to get in touch with them via email. I needed to supply an updated W9 with my new EIN. Chaturbate has always been awesome. Thank you for the info as well. Happy holidays!
