How much insurance do you guys pay per year

I'm paying about $6 grand on vehicles per year, $280 per year Liability insurance And like a $150 renters insurance.

What about you guys?

Porko 12-23-2021 12:25 PM

Just a few bucks. I sold my cars since I don't use them.
For my apartments, I have a 'free' insurance, courtesy of my bank

directfiesta 12-23-2021 01:19 PM

A big total on my real estate, a bit on cars and life ...

New car might be almost the same price because of more safety devices and technology.
New cars have cameras and accident warnings and attention alerts that vibrate your seat so you feel it even if blasting music.

:2 cents:

Yes everything is full. I carry a separate liability rider.

One mistake, renters and liability insurance is in the total but they relatively inexpensive

Do you know why the nazi death camps were in Poland?

Because the German insurance industry was going broke paying the death benefits on the Jews the nazis were murdering.

Once the insurance industry got the nazis to murder the Jews out of the country, they just wrote the Jews off as immigrating and vioded the policies.

For our vehicles, it's around 4500 a year I think.

I pay home insurance on two homes So like 3500 per year and then are we counting health insurance? That's just around 17k per year.

Why did you make me think about this? Sheesh.

Spunky 12-24-2021 11:01 PM

Paying a 6 month premium on the Toyota van. About $1400. Plus my ins went up on everything when I moved to the 'bad side of town'. Like A few hundred across the board.

I was thinking about buying a place but maybe not in California....no hurries...

Do you live rural? There are some totally awesome areas within a 100 miles of where I am out of LA County.

Preferably a spot semi secluded with a well. And good road for the bikes. I was in pinion hills on my street glide and found myself going up a dirt road with a 2 foot jump at top. I don't ever want to do that again lol

I've paying about $6k in car insurance/year across 5 vehicles, and probably another $2500 in property insurances. Mandatory public health insurance we are paying around $800/mo.

Is $800 for the entire family? Seems high.

If he have 4 kids or anyone else in charge, those bills get high pretty fast.

Our health benefit 80% coverage: $305/ month for 2 adults and 1 kid in the same house.

I heard somewhere there is free Health care in Canada? Where is that .....

In the province next door my friend :)

"Elimination of MSP Premiums (as of Jan 1st, 2020)

British Columbia (B.C.) residents are no longer charged MSP premiums. The MSP program continues to provide provincially-insured health care benefits for eligible BC residents.

If you aren't heard of it, MSP is the provincial insurance program that pays for required medical services. These include medically necessary services provided by physicians and midwives, dental and oral surgery performed in a hospital, eye examinations if medically required and some orthodontic services. In addition, MSP pay for diagnostic services including x-rays. Other services that may be covered by MSP include supplementary benefits provided by other health care practitioners. These include acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, naturopathy, physical therapy and non-surgical podiatry.

Nope....

Sold cars years ago. Don't need them.
Health insurance? About $350 per year for the family.
A full body MRI costs me $50.

Socialized medicine is a great thing if the country is Tier 1.
