FlashFXP? Well, talking about blast from past, i think that was one of first programs which i bought.
But i replaced it eventually with winSCP and later with filezilla.

Another recommendation for filezilla

I recommend you Transmit if you are on mac

My license is from 2003, if it works, it works :). Renewing the license on a new PC didn't quite work (errors out) so I'd thought it might be time to change ways.
