Does anyone promote Cam rooms from Twitter? And if yes, does anyone try paid promotion from Twitter is a good idea?

I don't think you can buy adult ads from twitter itself.

But if you're talking about buying tweets from existing twitter accounts my answer would be "maybe" all depends on the number of followers, account quality etc.
