Hi there :)

Which script/platform would you go for if you didn't want to code the thing from the ground up?
Squarespace is mostly used for brochure sites, right?

I would definitely check out existing WordPress plugins first, starting with this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-property-listings/

Let me know if you need help setting up a WordPress site, I have lots of experience.

I wouldn't use a website. I'd go DECENTRALIZED mobile APP.
