I must not be the only one not wanting to work with you. Focus on growing your sites. You have two sites, if you have "four times my traffic" that means 8 times mine and still you bring zero visit in six months. Who's the one using free tools ? Your attitutde is not good, I have links exchangs set up for months. I do not expect millions of visits from patners page, but zero with your "huge traffic" as you say it's very strange that you were not able to send visits.
