Set up a directory and brand it as leaks to get se traffic but in reality it will be coordinated with the content creators and use what promo material they provide. Easy enough to set up on wordpress. Once you reach a certain level in traffic sell premium spots.

Not sure how well paysite offers will do because surfers are there for specific content creators. Upsell the usual suspects though, cam, dating, etcetera. The rest is advertising space.
