Need some advice
Got a great niche for porn, have been collecting stuff over the years that I'm looking to make available online and currently working on launching a new platform. The surge last year in countless DMCAs and court orders are scaring me off though - admittedly, none of my vids are my own.
For the little cost it takes to launch an idea/niche, parties like the main registrars or offshore hosters will not go to any lengths to protect you, which makes me wonder: How do you handle this and protect your business? I personally find this hurts my confidence in moving ahead, nobody wants a lawsuit of 400+ mln (i.e. YesPornPlease), despite have a great new porn niche idea and having a great time in building this out. |
You can't just collect it and publish it so collecting it was a waste of time.

It's not your own content..people pay for content creators

Is April fool's day early this year?

Seems there are so many who do the same and earn good

Enjoy the content you collected...nothing more you can do with it, really.

Worrying about getting sued, yet not giving a single fuck about;
- giving "our industry" a bad name by posting this on a public forum - completely shit all over those (creators/studios), which keep our business alive That's not "next-level" shameless at all. :1orglaugh |

You will not get any advice on this as you can see. You should leave this business model.

reminds me of my starter years where modelcentro just decided my content was against their payment provider... they denied me posting it while their affiliates where posting my content on their sites...
