AdultForce New Conversion Flow Nerfing Anyone Else?

Just curious if anyone else is struggling on conversion since AF changed to capping email before displaying price? Seems like a) a terrible conversion experience based on my advertising experience and b) a way to strip affiliates of commission by remarketing.

Wondering if anyone has any thoughts here other than me. I'm not pleased with it. It seems obvious that people would want to see the price of a monthly membership (not just the $1 which displays in like 3 dynamic currencies) before committing their information to a premium Porn site.

yeah it is bad, it seems like that if you use revshare you will get the email capture thing less frequently!

Isn't this a fairly common practice? I think I was taking email, username, and password before showing price on a 2 page join form 15 years ago...

I sincerely disagree that they are doing this to strip affiliates of commissions. You are always free to vote with your traffic :2 cents:

It recently switched from TGP -> Price/payment selection -> user information to TGP -> Email Cap -> Price/Payment selection. Common practice sure, albeit a debated one. Adding an email only cap page adds an extra click to the process. It didn't work for the 3 major advertisers I ran affiliate programs for. I also wouldn't allow those companies to strip affiliates for a lead that was remarketed to. It was a fairly heated topic.

I'm not saying AF is stripping. I'm just saying it makes it possible on last click attribution to give it to email marketing and not credit the referral pass for the email capture. In the end that is absolutely cheaper than paying the affiliate. It's a fairly common practice in affiliate marketing circles in general and assisted sales/partial attribution have been discussed ad nauseam to varying degrees of success. It could easily make it's way into adult.

I'm not sure adding an extra click to the flow makes it any better converting. That's more of my issue than anything.
