Who is still here from early 2000s?
 

I started in the adult business around 2001, became a full active member on GFY on 2004(can't remember the details of my old account) and now working on some new projects after a 10 year break. I wonder who I still remember from the "early" days.

Your 'early days' are my 'later on days' I started in the early 80s, when VHS was a relatively new invention ! :thumbsup

I missed the best days, I think, before 2000, when internet was still new and people were using credit cards on porn like there was no tomorrow...free signups don't have the same conversion rate now as paid signups had back then. But I still didn't get in too late, luckily...

Started out when BBS was still alive and well doing phone sex ads, then o to dialers…

Dialers...lol...remember them...I feel so old now.

I've been posting here for longer than I care to remember.

I've diversified over the years, but I keep coming back to adult because the money is too easy.

I think we started in 1997 after we figured out what the internet was and couldn't get on Geocities, so we pressed on. Shooting with an Olympus Cammedia still camera and a Betacam for videos.

Started in 2009 when there was no money in adult anymore and GFY-ers told me all my ideas were crap!

I still swing by from time to time.

Lurked in the early 2000's. Made my first buck when I got a gallery listed on thehun. Went a different direction into numerous ventures such as a web hosting company, domaining, blackhat shit like cookie stuffing, arbitration, WordPress junky, coached models into successful influencers and you name it. I'm back with a new account to get back into the biz. There's still so much room in the adult industry to make bank.

I found GFY when I was Googling for information on the IBill disaster.

My bad then. I remember a discussion about cars...and me not liking Porsches at that time(I was young and stupid). :)

Checking your TGP now brought me back in time. Persian Kitty, Pinkworld, Greenguy...I should make and submit a gallery again...just for the nostalgia. :pimp
