What does the whois say i have whoisdatatool.com. How long ago has it expired? What is the current status of domain eg pending delete,

Just spoke with support.
They gave me no real answer why it was "cancelled" and removed from my dashboard, but they pushed it back into my dashboard and I can see it although I have to wait 1-2 hours for their system to auto generate an invoice and charge my CC and make it all good again.

Crazy thing is it's registered thru 3/31. All this started happening on 3/28.

No real explanation on that either.

grrrr
but should be OK I guess...

I would recommend transferring your domains out of Moniker. They barely still exist as a company.

^ Yeah I don't even know why anyone would trust or stay with clowns like that. Just get the authcode/EPP for the domain and transfer out. There are loads of registrars to choose from.

BTW, just a general point for anyone interested, you can transfer a name even AFTER it has expired, so don't take any bullshit from any (ICANN accredited) registrar that says you can't and tries to force you to renew with them.

And although transfers routinely take 5-7 days, registrars can (and are possibly required to by ICANN) expedite the process, making the transfer completed within an hour.

Glad you found your resolution.

I have not used them for ages but I remember that I transferred away a name from them and they made it real hard.

This highlights the importance of using a reputable domain monitoring service. Especially for those of us that own 1000s of domains across many registrars. :2 cents:

Glad your domain is safe :pimp
