Question about ad engine

Hello hello!

I have a question that may be a little bit technical but I want to give it a try.

I run a website which is a listing directory for apartments, we scrape them from real state websites and other listings, put a picture and a description, and that's all. The site has a pretty decent amount of traffic and I monetize it giving the owners the chance to advertise their apartment.

This way, I show his apartment to users that are searching for apartments in their area, pretty simple.

I started working with real state agents that want to promote at the same time 10-20 or even 100 apartments which is really good, BUT.... my ads where time-based (do you want to appear on the upper part of the listing? Pay $100 for 1 week) and now this system doesn't allow me to monetize further.

So I want to include on my site a CPM/CPC model where this agents register and they decide what apartments they want to promote and they can decide how much they pay per click, their max ad spend, demographics...

I'm going crazy! I can't find a solution on the market. I just want a software that allows me to have a registered user promote an apartment that already exists on the directory and serve the ad in the designated slots of my site, competing against other bids.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? What kind of software I'm looking for? DSP, SSP and Ad Networks/Exchanges, seems that only cover third party advertisment, not my "own" ads.

Wow, sounds like a tall order honestly. You're not just trying to serve display ads. Have you looked into Adbutler?

Yes, but they seem to serve third party ads and i'm not able configure it so I just serve my website apartments ads.

I know this looks so complicated, but I'm convinced there must be a solution in the market! I'm sure that I'm missing something critical or not looking at it correctly :upsidedow

Build a second site or run two copies of same software different folders if something simple works...
