Why porntubes and those who upload to porntubes have missed out on $$$
 

Porntubes were based on YouTube.

But they have missed out on something people on YouTube have been doing for ages.

That is have adverts in the vids.

I do not mean the rather annoying popups, that I suspect have extremely low conversion rate.

I mean having people in the vids stop and say, let me tell you about our sponsor. Or they have edited a full advert into the film, so it is for ever.

This never seems to have ever been done on porntubes, yet the money such adverts could make could mean that you could make more , by simply giving it away free.$$$ by shooting porn, adding an advert, then uploading it to as many porntubes as you can. You may in fact have made your money back from the shoot many times over.

I have yet to find any firm online who deals with something like this for porn, yet clearly I would say there must be a huge market.

And many firms now have stated they would advertise on porn, as they see this as getting far more viewers. For new brands, this could be a very low cost way to advertise.

This worked fine 7 years ago.

Now all biggest tubes added verification / spam checking systems.
