As I see u have 6 months free update - but what happen then? How much cost it to update each product to the newest version? How many times these getting updated?

Also - how complex are the affiliate options on xFans for example? Can I choose people getting % from reffering models AND users? What are the options?

We release newer versions every six to eight weeks for all our products. The cost for upgrading to the newest version after six months depends on the product in question. May vary from less than a 100 USD to a few hundred bucks. The two places where this can overshoot is if there's custom work to replicate, if any, and also for data migration.

Currently xFans does not have a referral commission model included. But this is in the pipeline and is expected within the next three releases.

Just to piggyback on that question. What do updates include? Are they security updates or software updates? Can we have the option to update it ourselves?

This is an unknown cost that can bite. I am genuinely interested in a turnkey solution but the terms need to be clear.

Updates include new features, feature improvements, UI/UX enhancements, fixes, and security updates. You can check recent release notes for our products using the "Technical Documentation" link in my sig.

And yes, you are free to work on the software and update it yourselves since we understand software solutions cannot be one-glove-fit-all-hands type, and we do not want you to bound to us for updates. We offer 100% unencrypted code.

One of the biggest drawbacks of your software is that you only integrate with CCBill. You should dramatically expand your horizons on this and add support for other payment processors, such as Vendo, Epoch, Crypto. In this day and age, you should also integrate with NATS.

Another important thing is customizability. You should separate UX/UI from the core functionality so people can customize/skin/theme their sites more easily. Doing so will also allow your customers to rely on you for important updates while not needing to worry about breaking their designs.

"xShows Examples On The Web" - I can see only 1 site using this script, others listed in the product page uses custom scripts.

xFans (Creator marketplace script) comes with CCBill and Verotel. Others come integrated only with CCBill. These are the integrations available only in the base product. We customize other gateways depending on the client/business requirement, including crypto.

However, since we need to price the base product reasonably, we add additional gateways only as added customization, so as to keep the price fair for clients who are happy with only CCBill.

Great suggestion about keeping UI separate from core script. Although, we do customize the look and feel on the basis of client ask, this still remains a great suggestion and something we can surely attempt at doing. Thanks.
