1st OFFICIAL GFY Hall of Fame Make a Wish Visit
 

Today THREE GFY Hall of Fame legends made a Make A Wish Visit to GFYer Mr Pheer.
Aaron M, Bad Dog and Boneprone together with Mr Pheer.

Mr Pheer who has been a big part of the community here at GFY has been touch and go and was the favorite to bite the bullet next in my GFY deathpool. It was all but a lock bet up until a few weeks ago. Mr Pheer was need of a liver transplant. Literally in the LAST hours he was granted a blessing from a donor and was able to have his surgery. This is his story to tell with many ups and downs.. It's an amazing story to say the least..

He's been healing post surgery in Portland Oregon and GFY Hall of Famers Aaron M, Bad Dog and myself made a SURPRISE visit today to see him..

After many many years of not seeing these guys it was a really wonderful reunion to say the least.

So, I am flying back home. Standing in line for a beer and inadvertently start flirting with this chick.

Long story short, she asks where I am headed and it turns out she's my pilot. She upgraded me to 1st class.

Getting ready to board. Let's see where this goes. She's already indicated she's into craft beer.

Today is exactly 2 months since my liver transplant. If things keep going well, I should be going back home to Las Vegas in 11 days.

A couple of you we have had the best of times and the not so best of times. Nonetheless I will always remember you fuckers.
