Flat Rate Cost For Banner on My Homepage?
 

I have an advertiser (related niche) who is asking for their banner on the homepage of my site.

Soft-porn sissy site:

- 2K+ visitors/day
- 240K pv/month
- Avg session duration: 4:00/min

Problem is, I have absolutely no idea what to charge them (flat rate) since I have not done this before.

Any ideas? Appreciate your help!

The problem is, 2k is not a huge amount, and the fact is they do not stay long, so less chance they will click the banner.

Why not be honest and say that you have not charged before, and how much would they be looking at spending?
