Is Paxum scammer friendly?
 

A couple of weeks ago I got very clearly scammed while using Paxum as a payment method.
I understand they don't owe me anything and I didn't expect them to get me my money back.
However, being the largest payment method of the industry, I'm surprised that there were no actions taken against the scammer, and I feel bad for the next victim.


Was I wrong to assume that there will be some help from Paxum's side?
People can just run scam businesses and accept Paxum payments?

If there are Paxum's representatives active in the forum, can you please explain your policy on the matter?

Technically, yes. I had same problem two times and they refused to do anything.

This will reflect to their customers, as an example all adult users will go to another option slowly

Would VISA/MC help you?

This is not Paxums responsibility. It's your own, you didn't do due diligence. Be happy it was a tiny amount they got you for.

What country are you or the account registered?

You should able to ask account details you have sent and publish it

"Hey can you hit us up so we can talk about this further?"

"I assure you, we do not cater to any scammers or pirates, please hit me up"

"We at [insert company] take [subject at hand] VERY seriously and would love the opportunity to talk this over with you"

read the terms...

I keep reading the title as "Is the paxum scammer friendly?" As in "is the person who scammed me with paxum, friendly?"
