Bitcoin - Buy or Sell

Hello,

I'm really worried but my BTC savings.its going down constantly so what are your predictions? As it stands it will hit $20k very soon so I do not want to lose my money. I do not want to think for the worst but please someone give any logical endurance what is going on?

Cheers to BTC

adultchatpay 06-13-2022 01:48 PM

If you bought it at a much lower price, it's still a gain. You can sell it now and enjoy your gain or ride this bear market and hold till November or December when the bullish market is on again.

What's happening now is the mother of all crash. Expect a bearish market and downtrend for months.

Inflation
Celcius freezes withdrawal
LUNA
Binance temporarily held BTC withdrawal
Cryto.com and other platforms laying off employees

Crazy week for the crypto world.

it doesn't worry me. i'm still buying the same dollar amount each week that I have been for over a year.

years ago I never fully believed that there was any true value in crypto. but at some point I looked closer into ethereum and realized that smart contracts are incredibly interesting and powerful. I've reallocated most of my time away from adult into learning solidity. The more I learn, the more I'm convinced crypto's going nowhere but up over time. the tech is just so groundbreaking and most people still have no clue what smart contracts are or why they're revolutionary. People will start to figure it out over time, its inevitable, and they'll want in.

so I'm not worried. ethereum clearly has a bright future and bitcoin will probably always be #1 over ethereum.

There are some hard core Bitcoin HODLers, that will never sell, and these prevent the price dropping below a certain level. I'd say we are quite near that low level now, and it won't drop that much further, although expect issues in the wider economy which may further impact the Bitcoin price but it won't be severe.

What we are seeing is unwinding of a lot of the speculative positions that were enabled by easy money from the FED, which is coming to an end. It is normal for the Bitcoin market to be cyclical, and we are getting close to the bottom now IMO. For the months ahead, I would be comfortable holding Bitcoin, especially if I could afford to hold for at least a year.

Any Bitcoin purchase should be made for at least medium term time frames (months), unless you are going to be a very active trader (hard).

This is not financial advice, you should make your own decisions.

We didn't all think big Government/Money would allow Ruski to skirt sanctions by using Crypto did we?

todservices 06-13-2022 09:57 PM

the market always count on weak traders to sell and take their loss.
It takes balls of steel to remain calm during a storm that can last for months...

$20k is the minimum very little chance it will go under that

Netflix share lost 70% YTD :1orglaugh
it's not just btc :
Tesla -34%
Meta -48%
Snapchat -70%
Google -23%

I'm honestly surprised gold hasn't skyrocketed.

The lower the price the better the buy. Now is a time for buying, holding, and testing your patience. While also learning that the yield being given from 3rd party custody sites is not worth it. Cold storage is true financial safety.

#Bitcoin ain't going anywhere, blocks continue to produce, unstoppable. The fiat pairing value will fix itself in time.

If you are a long-term holder, sit back and relax.

On the other hand, if you urgently need money to pay the bills or do whatever, sell it. Cuz next few months are going to be painful.

If you need the money, you should not have invested it in the first place :2 cents:

If all these companies are falling down, it is partially because the FED is increasing the federal fund rate... and if they do that, the dollar becomes more powerful and gold goes down.
An easy bet (i am not gonna participate in this one) could be to buy some shares of a gold company (one with a high volatility), tomorrow during the day and wait for Powell's speech.
I BET (i could be wrong), that if the company is correctly chosen, you can probably make 10% quite fast (i wouldnt stay very long).
(not a financial advice)

Man, that is, do you think that now is the time to buy everything, including crypto and the stock market?

pornmasta 06-15-2022 03:13 AM

Now they want you to buy electric companies.
So it is gonna have it's litte run, until they realise that's while they are stable, their debts are usually big and... then it will collapse...

Total bs, if you look at the macro the sky is falling and its going to get worse, the next support is around 19.5k, if that gets broken then 13.7k is the next support. We will get there within months

Once you have it, it's not very useful.
May be you could spend it, but then you don't have it anymore while you stole it to have it...
Just saying...

The crypto will recover last, but keep in mind that first Nasdaq, real estate and other markets need to crash

Sergio 06-18-2022 04:57 AM

It can be even 10k, but this is not mean that it's shit. After it can grow again to 50k or even more.

Its definitely a good time to start DCA although I am going to wait a bit longer

Nasdaq is only 25% from ATH, I expect it to go another 20% down.

When that happens what do you think where will btc settle?

Above or below 10k?

I think there is still plenty of room to go down..
