Chaturbate payment
 

I've been an affiliate with Chaturbate since 2013, all good organic traffic. Lately I've noticed a big drop in signups and sales and didn't get any sales from members that signed up in 2022, 2021, 2020, it's like they completely vanished. I find it hard to believe they don't purchase tokens anymore.

What is worse, sometimes I don't receive my payment. It happened a few times recently, never had any issues before for so many years, payment was always sent after the end of the pay period.

With my last payment I received the notification thatha was sent by BTC, amount of 0.0129347713ha. I waited almost 24 hours and checked the blockchain explorer many times (no transaction) before I contacted support@ and informed them i didn't receive this payment.haThey replied to me that they verified and the payment was successfully sent for the amount of $273.64 by BTC a day earlier (around $10.00 less than my total payout, the 0.0004 BTC network fee).
Messaged them again that I didn't receive it and provided them with more information to check this payment.
Finally a few hours later I received a transfer of 0.01205472 BTC, less than the "successfully verified payment". In total I received around $30.00 less than total amount for the period..ha
I asked them to explain the difference but their last communication informed me that my BTC address matches the one I have in my Chaturbate account payment info.

Why lie about it.

I never check amount of money vs BTC when receive

I don't check it either, but i expect the amount of BTC sent match the amount i receive in my wallet.

In fairness, Chaturbate reached out today with an explanation.

The payout issue or the sales expectations of the last 3 years that were not met?

Chaturbate paid me over $500,000 so far. Never late since I started!:thumbsup

The payout issue. No explanation about the signups/sales. There are other threads with webmasters complaining about it.
