Anybody else having to re-verify paxum?
 

Looks like they started using a new provider (jumio) for KYC requirements and I had to re-do my ID along with a face scan. I don't mind doing this stuff since I'm legitimately using the service and have nothing to hide.

Just curious if anyone else is experiencing this right now? My funds are on hold till they re-confirm my ID.

Ah, right after posting this the process is complete. Looks like they can verify in about 3 minutes. Had to do similar stuff with a bitcoin platform...seems like a lot of places are now using face scans lol.

Yes, I had to redo this after several years of using them.
