We are in the process of launching a new affiliate program for our site. We are going to offer both Revshare and PPS models. I'm curious as to what affiliates look for when choosing a program to promote.

1. Are monthly payouts the standard?
2. What payout methods should we make available?
3. What stats/reporting do you like to see on your affiliate portal aside from visits, signups, and commissions?
