What is going on with MoneyTree?

First their profile page broke, making it impossible to change payment methods. Now logging in, on my end, produces a 504 error.

Can anyone else confirm that logging in isn't available at the moment? I assume (and hope) this is related to fixing the profile/payment page.

Why you still using mtree? Should just make a cambuilder account and focus all new traffic/links there.. don't think they pay attention anymore to mtree.. mtree just for the rebills

I'm still generating recurring revenue from signups and they don't allow things to be ported over. The amount is high enough that I need to make sure my payment method is appropriate/works, which it currently doesn't.

Edit: I'm now able to log into the account, however the profile/payments page still doesn't work. It returns a 503 error.

If anyone is able/willing, can you try hitting "Submit Form" on the profile page? It should generate an error.

I've sent another email and hopefully that helps.

If anyone is able to help by corroborating this as a problem, I'd appreciate it. You don't need to change anything - just visit "My Profile", check the ToC box, and hit "Submit Form". Let me know if you receive a 503 error upon doing so.

I was receiving the same error but was still able to update my payment details.

They dropped Paxum without any notice so that sucked, had quite a lot of money locked up and nobody answering emails plus that 503 error.

After a couple of months without having received any response all money was paid out.

Guess they having some issues with the platform but still trying to make things right, which is good enough in my book.

Thanks natkejs - the form won't accept a change in payment methods on my end. Did they have to change it for you manually, or did it somehow work (or default to checks when Paxum was removed)?

Yes we are having many issues with them. They sent out email that they will hold payments untill you start a cambuilder account, and upload business docs which we did so we are KYC compliant. But we need to update our account info on mtree.com. Each time we try to update the account profile we get... And this has been going on for a couple weeks now. Send several emails with no response.

Then contacted the through the site and received one response. "What exactly are you trying to update?"

Then wrote back same day, and the site is still throwing up that error when trying to update our profile in the admin.

VERY FRUSTRATING.

Yep, exact same situation here. They were prompt when I was updating/providing KYC information, however it's been a week since I reached out about the form/payment issue and nothing. Very disappointing.

Edit: A Cambuilder representative has been very helpful (Yuval) and he's trying to reach out to MTree.

Edit 2: They're in the process of fixing it, thanks to Yuval.

Hopefully someone from MoneyTree can get you guys some answers

Just an update: they're definitely working to get this fixed. No more 503s but it doesn't look like it's saving updated payment method information (switching from MassPay to checks).

Yuval is always very helpful !

503s solved. If you need to switch from MassPay to checks, remove your email address from the field and it should save properly. Thanks again Yuval and Cambuilder!

Speaking of MoneyTree, I haven't received the last 7 payments over the last couple of months. Reached out via contact form in the affiliate area, no response for over a week. Reached out via support email and no response there either. Is everything okay?

When removing your email and hitting save it throws an error

Oh I meant the email address in the "Account Preferences" box, not the one below in "Contact Information".

If you're set to MassPay, first delete your email address, select checks after doing that, and then save the form. This seems to get the preferences to stick. But yeah, don't remove your email from the box below.
