Remove the green screen
Smooth out skin complexion / tone
Do a little lipo on the cheeks, chin, and calves :)

Affinity Photo, as powerful as photoshop but at a one time purchase and very beginner friendly. Cheaper than finding anyone to do it and given how long it takes to find a good guy faster as well hehe
