WTF is going on with CCBILL?
 

I am due some money on my affiliate account and every rep I talk to, has a different story about why the money is not being sent.
First guy tells me the money will be sent on September 5th, then the same guy, a week later, tells me that account has to have a new sale (last sale was about 1.5 months ago), then another guy today tells me it is because my wire account needs to be checked (it was verified on August 15th).... finally another guy tells me they have to sent this to Accounting.

I can't believe how low CCBill has fallen, all these Russian or whatever they are, have no idea what they're doing. And it's literally impossible to talk to a knowledgeable person anymore. Agh!

Are you from US? They have stopped wiring to people outside the US

The last time I hooked up ccbill for someone, the admin panel was full of broken images, lots of stuff seemed to not work correctly. The panel looks and works the same as it did when I started in adult almost 20 years ago. Every attempt to contact their support I end up speaking to someone that seems to know less about how their system works then I do.

I get a vibe that they've given up on new customers and are just letting it fizzle out on it's own.

i had some really long install times in 2021 - one was 3 months. they said they moved their entire operation to eastern europe (Croatia?). i did a few installs over the summer that were approved overnight.

so i dunno lol. i think they might be too big to fail. way too many people living off those weekly checks.

without any notice ? are there other webmasters that can confirm that ccbill stopped wire/ach transfers out of us ?

Checks aren't cashable in god knows how many countries.

Yes, still receiving. Last one first week of September.

Sepa is working in nearly all european countries, checks is terrible to handle for us europeans. cashing in a check might cost 60 $ on some banks here and it takes sometimes 2-3 weeks until its cleared

SEPA = bank wire in the EU.

And ACH bank wire in US

i guess the real question is whether they deducted those affiliate fees from the merchants??

if you have a payout problem, go talk to their boss - THE SITE OWNER.

no site owner is going to fuck around with not paying affiliates. a couple of my ex-bosses can tell you about that tactic (yes Matt's Models you little bitch i'm talking to you).

anyways, hit up the site owner if CCBill owes you. if they don't respond, you know to send your traffic to someone who's still alive.

THIS. As a site/Program owner if any affiliate has a problem getting paid contact ME and I will ride CCBill's ass.

Having said that, very few of my CCBill affiliates have ever had issues getting paid. Perhaps if they move and their address needs to be updated, etc. But overall CCBill is a fine company (tho I admit talking to Croatian Support is a bit challenging).

If checks dont work for you, just get a Wise account, and then get the ACh/Direct paid into the USD account there, then transfer it down to your local bank. Easy

It's always bothered me that CCBill won't generate a report of which affiliates have not been paid and what they are owed. Of course, the thing where some affiliates ask that some of their contact info not be shared with program owners is a pain point as well for solving this sort of thing.

Tip for program owners - CCBill will generate a mailing list of your affiliates and you can also mail (with less deliverability) from the admin and you can just check in with your affiliates if they need anything.

IBill, GXBill DIBill, VXBill, CCBill are those still alive? I thought they've gone 10-20 years ago...

Yes they stopped them and sent no notice to anyone. Not the recipient nor the program owner. Its been stopped for more than I think 2 years.

As an affiliate. But payments are send by CCBILL EU from Slovenia

Yeah and they send to the US as well. So from what I gather, Ccbill gets the sales for the most part in US. Converts to Euros then back to US to pay us out. That means we lose on the exchange

Last I remember Ronald Cadwell remains the owner of CCBill. Search out his direct contact information. He is in the Cave Creek, Tempe Arizona area. He also owns/owned Phoenix NAP. When support is useless, write the founder directly. There are many ways to find him. Good luck!

I guess the SEPA wires are over for you too.

For two decades this is the first time I am having trouble getting paid :(

They offer ACH, but it is not an option for companies, the receipient must be an individual.
Besides ACH they mail checks.. As far as I know it is not even possible in my coun try (Hungary, EU) to cash checks..

Bad news, and close to $3000 blance here..
