Facing Issue on Paxum
 

Does anybody here facing wire withdraw pending issue?

it's been like 12 days, I Wire transferred a mid 6 figure amount from Paxum to my bank account.

Getting same replies on support thread, "case is still being handled by the corresponding department" We appreciate your understanding and your patience! ... etc.

This is the first time I am facing this issue.

Not getting replies from Ruth and Chris on emails.

No resolution yet.

never had issues with 3 or 4 figures with paxum, but mid 6 figures can cause issues at every bank nowadays

Yeah there are more people, with the same answer, our bank blablabla.

Where do they have their bank nowadays bye the way, still Dominican republic? or even worse , lol

Lol my paxum wire transfer just got rejected .
