First off buying traffic out of the gate is a bit of a waste if you haven't gotten your site properly set up on GA4 along with keywords along with other issues as well. Far to often the idea of field of dreams "if you build it they will come" does not happen. Some will say social media but anytime I look at large accounts that accounts for less than 4 to 7% of traffic which is broken down to various platforms and the conversion rates aren't the best. Backlinks are important but be careful not to flood with bad ones or they will hurt you in the long run.

NOTE: Just saying you have an adult website doesn't really answer the question as to what kind of site - niche or something else. Try to be more specific next time as it will help in the long run regarding traffic.
