Membership platforms and Credit card processing

Hi, a two part question:
1. Are there platforms similar to Patreon, Blogspot, etc. or any other mainstream membership site that would allow adult material and no problems with credit card processing?

2. Does WordPress work well with a CCBill plugin? Or is there a blogging platform that has good access to CCBill or other credit card processing provider?
